01 / PROJECT NOTES

From zero
to live.

At Adept Games, I combine Lead Game Designer and Product Owner responsibilities with hands-on, AI-assisted development. I own the journey from concept to release, then continue improving games through iteration and live operations.

4 games / 2 weeks

Built four games solo in my first two weeks: two idle and two hybrid-casual. I’m now scaling them based on early performance data.

My toolkit includes Claude and ChatGPT, with design decisions grounded in gameplay, progression, monetization and player feedback. The selected titles below are games I currently take care of.

Fish Away

Fish Away: Idle Fishing

Idle fishing · Android

A compact fishing loop built around catching fish, earning coins, upgrading equipment and progressing into deeper waters. Boat and rod upgrades connect short sessions with longer-term progression.

Part of my current game-design and product-ownership work at Adept Games.

Idle ATC

Idle Airport Traffic

Idle ATC · Airport tycoon · Android

An idle airport game built around arrivals, landings, stands, fueling and departures. Players expand an airfield by upgrading the tower, runway, stands and fuel operations.

The game’s bottleneck indicator makes the next upgrade easier to understand, while contracts, new airports and offline earnings give the loop longer-term structure.

More in
development.

Selected work, with more to come.My current portfolio also includes Boom Boats and unannounced titles. Work covered by NDA is not shown here.

The same approach runs across these projects: build a playable loop, identify what matters to players, and keep improving the game after release.
